Kevin J. Parker earned his graduate degrees from MIT and has served at the University of Rochester as Department Chair, Director of the Rochester Center for Biomedical Ultrasound, and Dean of the Hajim School Engineering and Applied Sciences. His research is in image processing and medical imaging. He is an inventor/pioneer in sonoelastography and the Blue Noise Mask. He holds 33 U.S. patents and 14 international patents, and has published 290+ journal articles.
