About

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Delhi. I am spending this semester (August 2013-December 2013) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay. My research interests include reconfigurable and adaptive computing, self and directed assembly, and accelerators for bioinformatics applications, specifically big data applications. My current work focuses on reconfigurable computing, with an emphasis on building in situ and run time reconfigurable circuits for defective and unreliable fabrics. I am also interested in the mathematical foundations of self and directed assembly, and architecting solutions to accelerate compute and data intensive kernels in bioinformatics.
