导师辨识特征：孔老师人真的非常非常好，关心学生，基本学生也都能发文章，非常nice的老师，没有架子科研经费：目前是硕导钱可能少点学生补助：不太清楚师生关系：非常和谐工作时间：不会太push 学生前途：很支持就业，学生自主选择大
