导师辨识特征：“我就跟你说”，“烂怂” 学术水平：水平一般般，却总瞧不上中文期刊，sci二三分也嫌垃圾，科研经费：有经费但科研经费。。。。学生补助：不说也罢，别人一个月抵我们半年师生关系：不尊重学生，辱骂乃家常便饭，时不时打击学生自信心，语言暴力，过年过节还要我们去她家里给打扫卫生。工作时间：打卡，变本加厉，全年无休，每天工作12小时学生前途：只觉得直她博士的人才积极上进，其他都是垃圾，
