导师辨识特征：生化系系主任北京口音 16年底回国，回国前在UTSW做助理教授学术水平：回国后还没发文章，不好评价科研经费：看起来一两年内不缺学生补助：不清楚，这种问题不好谈论师生关系：人很nice，没什么架子，让人感觉不到他是老板。工作时间：口头上要求一周休一天，不过并不严格，两天都休息也没关系。出勤也不打卡。但是老板本人工作日来的早走得晚。学生前途：回国两年还没学生毕业，不好评价
