导师辨识特征：特聘研究员，中科大博士，据说挺抠，也是个阴险的人学术水平：15年来南开发表过两篇JACS 与化学院老师还是有差距的在药学院学术还凑合科研经费：经费不怎么样实验不舍得花钱管控很严学生补助：最低补助师生关系：不尊重学生，尽量压榨，没有按期毕业的学生工作时间：没啥休息学生前途：不让实习，硕士都延期
