导师辨识特征：主楼学术水平：老师视野很广，会提供给学生很多建议和想法，引导学生进步。科研经费：非常充裕，项目很多。学生补助：在组内算多的，其他组不清楚。师生关系：都叫甫哥，不叫老师，不叫老板，十分和蔼。工作时间：没有硬性规定，都是按组内要求来，有事提前走，老师也不会责怪。学生前途：工作都挺好找的，offer也都不错，特别好的offer有限。
