导师辨识特征：小平头，感觉挺和蔼的，北大毕业，材料学院副院长学术水平：感觉还可以，但这几年他的学生没什么好文章见刊，有些可惜科研经费：毕竟副院长，这个无需担心，多的是，课题组经常买大型仪器学生补助：和蔼可亲，平易近人，弹性工作，不会有压力师生关系：有的去山大读博，有的工作，找工作的，一毕业工资能拿到8500/月左右吧，感觉还是不错的
