导师辨识特征：湖南人，听同学说常年在深圳开公司，基本不回学校。所有学校事务交于组内其他两个老师管。学术水平：常年在深圳开公司，连人都见不到谈何学术？都是挂名然后交给组内小老师管科研经费：经费都在深圳公司，哈尔滨别想了学生补助：具体不太清楚，据说为人很仗义师生关系：介绍工作基本别想了，去他公司倒是可以，但是工资很低，所以还是自谋出路吧
