导师辨识特征：中教十楼，女老师，胖胖的学术水平：挺强的，能与学生平等交流，愿意脚踏实地，从基础来。不接乱七八糟的各种骗钱的项目科研经费：支撑科研没有什么问题学生补助：这个不太了解，不过能够碰到真心搞学术的老师不容易师生关系：挺好的工作时间：不要求打卡学生前途：不错，各大互联网公司，刚刚成为博导，可以转她的博士
