导师辨识特征：办公室在协同中心，中等个头，挺壮的，特别特别黑，寸头，没谢顶，发量挺好的学术水平：很差劲，不能给出指导，反而鸡毛蒜皮与科研无关的意见贼多科研经费：工资很低，科研经费刚刚够用吧，挺紧巴的学生补助：不尊重学生，很会演，不知道的接触会觉得是个好老师，其实很没有礼貌师生关系：不允许实习，不过他们那个大组都不让实习好像，找工作啥的靠自己，他能让你毕业不找你事情就烧高香了
