导师辨识特征：个子不高，很随性。学术水平：有很多新鲜想法，会指导学生科研和写论文。科研经费：一般，但不抠，全力支持学生实验。学生补助：中等偏上，不抠。师生关系：融洽。会为学生着想。工作时间：没特殊要求，认真做课题就行。学生前途：较好。有去企业的，有出国or985深造的。
