自证认识导师：人事处副处长教授学术水平：没啥学术教授是混的那会很多老师有异议的科研经费：不太多拿不到学生补助：有的不多呢师生关系：还可以因为会护犊子替学生争取利益啥的工作时间：不加班因为他没啥项目不管学生的学生前途：学生出路也一般因为学术上没啥成就的也帮不了学生的能力
