导师辨识特征：人称栋哥，平头板寸看上去老实人，其实心里鬼点子多得很。 学术水平：一个青基结题，一个面上，加几个企业项目。点子多，底子差。 科研经费：用各种发票套现经费。但不用在学生身上。 学生补助：在能动院排倒数。 师生关系：没有哪个毕业的师兄师姐待见他的，毕业前大家都忍着。安排杂活，不给一作，都有。 工作时间：不定期安排任务，说是时间自由，但根本脱不了身。 学生前途：由于导师压榨，都自己练就了一身好本事。
