导师辨识特征：胖乎乎很可爱，说话很和气不过乍一看有点严。学术水平：副院长，正教授，手中资源很多。师生关系：不安排活，让学生少兼职、少选课、多读书、多思考，经常推荐报告论坛给学生。关心爱护学生，询问学生经济状况并予以补助。工作时间：好好学习多看书就好了，没有时间限制。学生前途：想读博的带你学习；想工作的安排实习写介绍信。
