学术水平：貌似获得过什么女科学家但是实在不知道因为什么而获得的估计是zheng ce 照顾边远地区科研经费：大西北的211 guo jia 给的钱很充足师生关系：只能说更多的是畏惧学生前途：留下来读博士还好其他就呵呵了

学术水平：学术水平一般，但是人品实在是不敢恭维。。。自从当上院长之后更加厉害了，只能说慎重考虑，不能多说了！
