导师辨识特征：在吗？学术水平：做枯草非常厉害的一位老师。科研经费：经费很多，想买什么买什么，至今没有发生不给买的现象。学生补助：博士1000左右。看表现师生关系：相比于其他老师，对学生很好，每年2次聚餐。工作时间：现在没有强制打卡。学生前途：学生水平普遍很高，这也和老师经常询问有关，每周组会。
