导师辨识特征：有点小胖，戴眼镜学术水平：不敢恭维，近几年没有好的成果。科研经费：一般般，没有多余的经费。学生补助：不清楚，不是他们组的学生。师生关系：有学生从这里转到别的导师那了。。。。。工作时间：应该是比较灵活的学生前途：实习什么的得看能不能顺利达到毕业要求啊
