学术水平：学术水平高。我在刘老师门下的时候，经常和老师讨论学术问题。刘老师总是能在大方向上给予认真和准确的指导，作为团队负责人不可能对技术细节那么了解。科研经费：刘老师团队的项目以国家基金为主，负责承担了包括重大专项，重点基金，面上项目等科研课题。经费较为充足。
