导师辨识特征：电教楼同楼层的老师，平时接触较多。长江特聘教授，很厉害学术水平：论文很多，但是压学生论文科研经费：特别有钱，经费充足，能拉到很多项目师生关系：实验室管理较混乱，对学生区别性对待很严重，脾气有点古怪。学生前途：不允许实习，学生前途很一般，不容易找工作。
