导师辨识特征：帅气和蔼老师，常出没于计算机楼，工作狂科研经费：经费充足，有账就报，不拖学生补助：大方，补助充足，经常有福利，经常给学生钱去聚餐师生关系：为人和善，脾气好，偶尔有些杂活，但是会有报酬，而且不强求工作时间：随意，不强求去实验室学生前途：允许学生外出实习
