导师辨识特征：看着挺好的，挺开明的老师，然而只是表象。科研经费：不会提高任何项目研究。学生补助：无师生关系：这位老师个人品德就存在问题，女学生还是保持距离的好。毕业论文也是对学生不管不顾型，毕业与否，与他无关。学生写毕业论文的时候都要去上课的教室，办公室堵他，然鹅他还是不肯看。
