导师辨识特征：白头发……带个小眼镜，靠广西大学才混上长江 学术水平：论文很多，但都是靠自己博士期间的有限层法灌水……现在搞帽子不搞学术了 科研经费：毕竟是个长江，经费有点 学生补助：500 师生关系：天天骂人，骂学生，骂学校其他老师，得罪了很多人，也得罪了很多外校老师 工作时间：996吧，还行……他出差的时候大家不会去办公室的 学生前途：不给实习，可以跟他读博，然而广西大学的博士以后不懂可以干什么
