自证认识导师：以前为太原科技大学机械工程学院院长，现在担任山西能源学院副院长。学术水平：学习基本靠自己，问问题基本不告诉，还不让看同领域老师的教材。科研经费：上了三年，从来没有看到过经费是啥样学生补助：从来没有看到过师生关系：每天闲事一堆，不许看别的老师的教材工作时间：常加班，基本过年也很少休息学生前途：毕业吗？我觉得基本没有前途
