自证认识导师：本科认识的一个学术水平高，平易近人，年轻有为的老师，待学生挺好的。浙大本硕博、奥胡斯大学博士后，在国际顶级期刊（AM、CM等）上发表过较多论文。学生前途：学生前途与导师是有较大关系的，一个能和学生以朋友关系相处的学生能不是好导师吗？
