自证认识导师：实验室主任学术水平：实验室的仪器基本不教如何使用，只会给学生甩脸子，而且很难申请到，总是往后拖，不给准信。师生关系：实验室管理极其差，除了安排杂活没别的事情。学生前途：经常给学生甩脸子，要不就是一顿臭骂，师德是什么，他可能不知道。
