导师辨识特征：d221 学术水平：方向冷门，老师本职搞控制原理，对手下研究生的方向不算很了解科研经费：主要走纵向项目，钱有一点学生补助：基本工资200，发论文会有奖励师生关系：提出转实验室里的热门方向要趁早，不然就转不成了工作时间：从早到晚学生前途：不许实习，建议自学编程，不然不好找工作
