Pouya Roudaki is a PhD candidate in Statistics at the London School of Economics, supervised by Prof. Wicher Bergsma and Prof. Mona Azadkia. His research focuses on developing principled statistical methodology for measuring dependence and estimating densities, with an emphasis on theoretical guarantees and computational efficiency. His work spans kernel methods, nonparametric statistics, and extreme value theory.
