Dr Liu is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York. His research interests include edge computing and networks, low-Earth orbit satellite networks, online algorithm design, and distributed quantum computing.
