自证认识导师：西北口音，但浸染了老北京的调子学术水平：根底特别好，但近年被各种杂事拖累，比如给北京出高考语文卷子。所以进展不多。科研经费：在中文系老师里面算是社会活动能力比较强的学生补助：3700左右，学校统一发。每学期另有读书会报销书费，约500左右师生关系：偶尔有活儿，但尊重学生想法，比较愿意和学生交流工作时间：文科哪儿有这些学生前途：挺关心学生的，会运用关系为学生争取前途
