Qiang Yang is an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge, affiliated with Trinity College. He was previously a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the same department from 2023 to 2026, working with Prof. Cecilia Mascolo. Prior to that, he received his PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2023. His research interests lie in mobile health and ubiquitous computing, with a particular focus on designing novel models and systems that leverage IoT and AI technologies to support human well-being and healthier lifestyles. He currently serves as the Associate Editor of Proceedings of the ACM on Interactive, Mobile, Wearable and Ubiquitous Technologies (IMWUT).
