学术水平：目前已经发表SCI检索论文50篇科研经费：科研经费足够正常科研师生关系：基本上不安排学生干杂活。尊重学生，从不发脾气。学生前途：学生有充分的时间做自己喜欢的事情，锻炼学生的自主能力。
