导师辨识特征：该导师学生学术水平：做的内容较多，但是比较繁杂，主方向是vrp，但是缺乏顶刊。科研经费：薛定谔的经费，时而富裕时而紧张。学生补助：较少，但是有成果会有补助师生关系：团队氛围很好工作时间：不要求时间，但是偶尔会push 进度学生前途：允许实习，为学生主动谋出路。
