Rajesh Krishna Balan is a Professor of Computer Science at the School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University. He is also an Urban Fellow (Urban Systems) and LSEI Fellow. His research focuses on mobile computing, pervasive systems, and their applications to improve quality of life and urban efficiency.
