Born and raised in Vietnam, Richard migrated to US when he was in high school. Richard graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. He has 17 years of experience in banking and 5 years in grants management. Richard is married and a father of two. He loves fishing, watching soccer games, and playing with his kids on his free time.
