Sen Sendjaya is a Professor of Leadership and Management, and Head of the Department of Management & Organisations at the School of Management, RMIT University. Prior to joining RMIT in 2024, he held various leadership roles at Swinburne and Monash University. He spearheaded NOBLE (Network for Organisational Behaviour and Leadership Enquiry), a dynamic research group that advances the knowledge and practice of how individuals and teams interact, influence, and innovate in contemporary organisations. A leading scholar on servant leadership, Sen's research has appeared in prominent journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Vocational Behaviour, Journal of Business Ethics, as well as five books that he authored or edited.
