导师辨识特征：很高，很有气质。学术水平：能和学生分享idea。科研经费：项目差强人意，不算非常多但是在院里还可以。学生补助：非常多，项目再紧张也不会委屈了学生，之前是吃大锅饭，每个学生都很多，现在在新老师的建议下开始考核，做事少的补助少。师生关系：从不安排杂活，非常非常尊重学生，从来不会凶学生，从来不会强迫别人做任何事情工作时间：不要求打卡，工作时间自由，全看良心学生前途：福大电力系是福建扛把子，在福建电网就业没有问题
