Shelley Phelps received her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Carlow University. Shelley has worked in ECE since 2015 and has played an active role in Carnegie Mellon University’s staff council as a member of the benefits committee and relations and guidance committee. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
