导师辨识特征：去香港做过博后回来，就跑南开当教授了。控制欲比较强。在南开刚开始第一年建立实验室，还是比较难的。但说过的话不太算话，想跟他的要小心。 科研经费：经费就一个国基吧，做红磷的。每年都准备申请优青。 学生补助：学院平均标准。
