Sudipta obtained a Master’s degree in Remote Sensing from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a PhD in Ocean and Earth Sciences from the University of Southampton. Prior to joining IISER Pune in July 2017, he was a postdoctoral fellow at GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, Germany.
