导师辨识特征：导师有个闺女，哈哈，穿着一般很淡雅。导师家在乐松广场边上学术水平：学术水平蛮好的科研经费：还可以师生关系：1，如果有写论文的现金流入，导师不会截留 2，关于论文的花费，导师会主动咨询你给你报销 3，导师说话从来都是和风细雨，和颜悦色，我从来没有见过发脾气或者说脏话工作时间：时间很自由，但是也是种无形的压力学生前途：老师关心你的论文进度，老师也希望你尽快找到好工作
