导师辨识特征：孙老师实验室在二楼 学术水平：孙老师学术上还是很厉害的，毕竟大牛 科研经费：大课题组，有钱 学生补助：补助很多 师生关系：有很多会议可以让学生参加，师生关系良好，经常组织活动 工作时间：材料学院加班加点都是常态，老师好像并没有多压榨学生 学生前途：孙老师对学生要求很高，灌水的文章想发估计不太可能，但是毕业肯定没有问题，优秀的学生想读博老孙也会推荐，学生前途很好
