导师辨识特征：比较老学术水平：没啥水平，又不给指导科研经费：没啥经费，他这么坑能有啥经费？学生补助：别想了师生关系：很坑，基本不管你，曾经有个学长都出去工作两年了毕业论文还没通过，就是因为这老师经常放鸽子，不给指导。给本科生做短学期指导的时候也是，本来开学一个月就能解决的事硬是拖到了接近期末考试，真的服。学生前途：跟着他就没有前途
