导师辨识特征：温文儒雅的气质学术水平：戏曲类国家项目很多，南师古典戏曲就是该老师支撑科研经费：不太了解，但有国家项目，虽是文科，也还算好学生补助：正常学校补助师生关系：脾气有点凶，但学术管理非常正规，凶也只凶学术的事工作时间：还算自由，但需要帮老师做项目里的一些活学生前途：博士前途蛮好的。硕士不明，因为古典戏曲划去艺术类招生，正儿八经的教师、公务员有一些有限制。不提倡学生实习，但……
