导师辨识特征：湖南人和蔼可亲学术水平：不做文章，只做产品学生基本都是被瞎指挥，很累科研经费：都是企业拉的项目学生补助：500左右，看项目多不多师生关系：对学生挺好的，人很大方工作时间：放养学生前途：自己找工作，在老铁手下所有事情都得自己考虑....
