Timothy L. Quigg is Lecturer and Associate Chair for Administration, Finance and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Computer Science, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his B.A. in Political Science in 1971 from Wake Forest University and his MPA with a concentration in research and program analysis in 1979 from North Carolina State University where he was elected to Pi Sigma Alpha honor society.
