导师辨识特征：重点实验室128，基本晚上在实验室，白天比较忙学术水平：比较高，能接触一些院士大牛科研经费：比较充足，需要的基本都愿意花钱，包括委托检测学生补助：根据贡献大小，有的会给1000，成果多会有奖励师生关系：安排报账等会给一些劳务工作时间：没打卡要求，按兴趣自定学生前途：升博的比较多，可以实习，参加学术会议的机会以及企业交流的机会还可以，国内国外的都有
