Dr. Venus Kanani-Moghadam is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy & International Business and the Program Manager for the Master of International Business major at the School of Management, RMIT University. She earned her Ph.D. in International Business Management from the University of Newcastle. Her research lies at the intersection of Strategy, Innovation Management, and International Business, addressing critical strategic questions that enable companies to grow, adapt, and consistently outperform competitors. Before her current role, Venus served as a Lecturer in Strategy & International Business at the Australian National University (ANU) from 2018 to 2024, where she also held the position of Program Director for the Master of International Business.
