导师辨识特征：老师很年轻，看起来完全不像一个教授，像一个博士师姐= = 学生补助：研究室就能发到1K以上，老师给学生发钱不吝啬师生关系：老师本身很温柔，而且非常关心学生，对学生也很大方，所以师生关系也很不错。工作时间：不强制要求工作时间，所以也不会紧张学生前途：老师做的好像是燃烧方面偏化学的，所以找工作的话可能会有点麻烦，但是对研究生来说影响不是很大
