导师辨识特征：硕士毕业一年。学术水平：可能交通院不多的几个认真搞科研，做学术的了吧，每年招的人比较少，能认真指导，不像某些老师就知道吹逼，招了一堆学生让他们自生自灭，科研经费：还行，反正能支持正常科研学生补助：平均水平学生前途：出路都挺好，大部分都转互联网了
